"Dear Alan and Maria, Thank you for supplying my orthotic, I have noticed the pain in my hip and knee has completely gone since i have been using them. I now find if i forget to put them in my shoes and have to walk for a while my pain in the knee and hip return after an hour or so. That is why i make sure they are in every pair of shoes I wear. "Since purchasing the mineral enhanced orthotics l have not been able to remove them from my shoes.l was advised to start with one hour a day and follow a specific regime. After using the orthotics for just one hour l experienced so many changes for the better l continued using them. I now have good balance standing and walking. Prior to this l was unsteady when walking and over balanced. My rib pain has gone which was so annoying when watching tele. I can chop up veges, etc, cook for hours and wash dishes free from back and leg pain. I finally feel l am standing up straight for the first time in ages. "Dear Maria and Alan, I would like to give my feed back to you and those who are still making their minds up about purchasing your shoe inserts. In April 2016 we attended this Expo in Caulfield South and came across your stand. Enduring many months of heel aches and sleepless nights I heard your reasoning very clearly. The heel aches are due to wrong posture. Being a full time carer pushing wheelchair, compromising my posture to ensure safety to my partner during transfers as he barely stand let alone walk is a contributing factor no doubt. Within minutes hearing Maria out I made my purchase and fitted it in my shoes easily. It felt so good for my arching arches to have support there.
